We do not collect payment card data directly. Payments are handled through a third-party processor.

• Brief notes and drawings: retained for 2 years after project completion, then securely deleted

• Documents and client files stored on password-protected systems with access limited to project team members
• Email correspondence treated as confidential and not forwarded outside the project team without consent
• Third-party services (e.g. cloud storage, analytics) selected for their data handling standards

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We share client data only where necessary to deliver the service. In the sourcing and oversight engagement, supplier shortlists may involve contact with cabinet makers and appliance suppliers. In such cases, only the information necessary for the sourcing process is shared (e.g. project specifications, not personal contact details unless explicitly authorised).

We use Google Analytics for website usage analysis. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised. We do not share identifiable client data with advertising networks.
